Emergency preparedness. The best insurance that money can buy!

After the recent disaster events in New Zealand and Japan it should be clear that we are all vulnerable to unexpected crisis. Even conservative economists are recommending that we be prepared for the worst by planning and stockpiling essential supplies of food and water, medicines and money.

No one knows when the next devastating earthquake, tsunami, hurricane, terror event, economic collapse or any one of a myriad of potential catastrophes will strike. However most experts are certain that one will.

If you knew that in three days such an event was going to occur what would you do? For the benefit of yourself and for your family don’t wait. If you could buy insurance that could save the lives of your children how much would you pay?

There are no assurances that you will be kept out of harms way, but the chances of survival are greatly improved if you are properly prepared. Isn’t it worth a modest investment in supplies and equipment — and a little forethought — to avoid tragedy, loss and grief?

I personally implore you to heed the very clear message that disaster events are inevitable and that you need to be prepared. Protect yourself and your family. Do what you can before the store shelves are empty and essential supplies are unavailable. Whether you live in earthquake country, a coastal zone or an urban center take action now before disaster strikes.
